Invitation Letters

It is highly advised to start your visa application process early due to the high number of visas being processed for the Summer Olympics games in London. If you require an invitation letter for the visa application process, please forward your registration confirmation email with a request for the invitation letter and your paper information (if applicable) to Lauren Pasquarelli at laurenp@conferencecatalysts.com.  Please note that you must first register for the conference before an invitation letter is issued.
